2013 11 02
- Website launched at 10:30pm 1st Nov 2013 via Combined and Mulch FB group. Also shared on Vietnamese Christians FB page, Twitter and Google+
- Created Event for “The First CYCA Service” on FB page and started sending invitations. More invitations need to be sent to all churches in Melbourne.
- Updated “Home” page by moving John 3:16 to the top of the page. Added “Are You One Of The Leaders At Your Church?” section before the “Total Visitors” section.
- Uploaded “Jesus Community Night Service” photo (taken from Flower Power‘s post in Combined) to FB page “The First CYCA Service” event. Also uploaded to “Announcement” page on our website and posted the link to our blog.

- Signed up with Flickr for photo hosting. Account info is updated in “Website & Blog Login” FB doc. Uploaded photos & pictures used for our website.

- Updated “Church” page, including links and consistent layout format. Added “Kingsgrove CMA” and “Perth VECA” sub-pages.

- Signed up for YouTube account and uploaded video from Fundraising Dinner. Updated “20131105 CMA Melbourne Fundraising Dinner” sub-page with YouTube embedded code (…width=”940″ height=”520″…) and posted in FB page, Combined group & MULCH group. Updated FB doc “Website & Blog Login”. Blog post to be created.

- Created subpages under “Sermon” page and uploaded recorded sermons from Rev Cornetto Thanh Tam and Rev Thai Phuoc Truong. Naming format is “Year Month Date – Full Name – Full Title”. All future uploads should be converted in mp3 file format. Unfortunately, the sharing by Rev Steven Laughlin from last Sunday’s 1st CYCA service cannot be uploaded due to bad sound recording quality – a combination of large space, low volume, background noise and recording configuration.

- Quynh Luu has agreed to take care of our “Devotional” section of the website. She is appointed to be composer & reviewer for the “Devotional” page. She will be sending weekly “5-Minutes of Faith” articles to our shared email vietnamesechristians@gmail.com, and I will post them up every week. The “Leadership Roles” FB doc has been updated. Everyone, please welcome her into our Leadership Team and VCW Media Team!

- Embedded YouTube videos from Leah Nguyen to the “CYCA” page (as discussed, is subjected to change) of our website. Posted the link of the newest video to FB page.

- Uploaded sermon from Ps Ron Guazon “We Have Our Moments” (please correct me if I’m wrong about the title or the speaker’s name). Updated “Sermons” subpage to include links to Ps Ron Guazon’s sermons and added “[English]” or “[Vietnamese]” identifier after each sermon title.
- Updated “CYCA” page to include “Sermons & Sharing”, “Photos” and “Videos” sections. Changed the title of “CYCA” page to “Night Church” and added a paragraph to quote Van Dinh from our “Night Church” FB group. Updated “Youth” page to reflect the change for “Night Church” subpage.
- Added “Kew Baptist” and “Springvale VECA” subpages under “Church” page and updated links. From now on, empty information fields will not be removed, in order to facilitate future data entry. Leaders are advised to check the page for their church and inform our Media Team of updates.

- Created “Bible TEMPLATE” page to be hidden and password protected. Created “Bibles” page, visible under the “Resources” toolbar. Updated “Resources” page with link to “Bibles” page. Created “Genesis” subpage, added Chapter 1 for NIV and VTV, and linked to “Bibles” page. From now on, chapters will be added until all chapters are added, before moving to the next book.
